HOA ANNUAL FEES

Email and United Post Office Mail versions have been sent out to everyone. 

You can pay your yearly HOA Fees by cash, check or make a mobile/online payment. The total will be $300 if paying by check or cash.

If making a mobile/online payment, the total will be $310 due to adding the processing and service fees.

If the annual fee is not received by the April 14 deadline, a 1% per month late fee will be assessed to the annual fee.
